It’s germane to the discussion because there’s a lot of debate that specifically surrounds who God’s Not Dead and its sequels are “for,” exactly. I’m afraid to mention this in casual conversation: I’m atheist-agnostic, somebody who feels he can’t say there’s no divine entity in charge of things but who lives his life on the premise that there isn’t in the same way the average North American lives his life on the premise that there is. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites.
